Frankly Goku could be his Saiyan Arc level in movie 8 and it wouldn't change anything. That's because "Plans to Eradicate the Saiyans" OVA definitely has our heroes as their Cell Games era selves. This same movie directly stated that Hatchyack might be stronger Broly indicating essentially a possible. Hatchy>~Broly. And considering Hachyack was wrecking everyone's face, needless to say Broly would've done the same.

There is a problem with the OVA.. Goku mentioning Broli should by default mean that OVA Z fighters ~ M8 Z fighters... And since we know for a fact that the M8 Z fighters are pre CG levls... trunks and Vegeta are 1st post rosat... Gohan is the weakest saiyan etc then OVA Z fighters should be the same.... The second option is that the OVA got retconnnes.... Regardless, either of this options dosent refute the fact M8 Broli is just CG Goku tier

It's very clear that Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans are Cell Games era. to the point where not only do Vegeta and Trunks utilize their SSJ forms over ASSJ, but Trunks even specifically has the same short hair he has at the end of the series. Even some of the original cover pages has SSj2 Kid Gohan on it. Of course nothing actually comes of that in the OVA, especially the remake. Regardless, by the time "Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans" came out, the fighters were specifically set as their CG counterparts, taking direct reference from it too. The Movie 8 fighters can be whatever they wish, but the statements in PTETS gives us relatively clear indication where Movie 8 Broly would most likely fall and that's well above Cell Games Goku. You literally have Hatchyack, a guy stated in both the original OVA and the remake that he "might" be stronger than Broly, clearly decimating Cell Games era characters. It seems pretty obvious that a guy who might rival Hatchyack would do the same.

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball and One Piece	The trend of the movies is that each antagonist is usually stronger than the next, but that's hardly a hard-and-fast rule. I'd wager both Broli and Bojack are roughly as strong as Fully Powered Perfect Cell. Broli's probably got a bit of a power advantage, along with a huge advantage in durability, and Bojack relied heavily on his goons' psychic string paralysis whatevers, and didn't seem to be all that impressive on his own. All in all, Broli probably wins with moderate difficulty at the worst.

Kept you waiting huh? Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Naruto, and Bleach	Bojack gets creamed. He's about even with Super Saiyan Gohan Full Powered in his strongest form, and was only noted to have extraordinary ki, which is definitely below Super Perfect Cell, which I have Legendary Super Saiyan Broly slightly above via battle powers, but could easily be placed just below that level. Broly stomps.
